Celebrating Mama's life
Mama's story
Mama was one of a kind. Her legacy here on earth deserves to be celebrated for years to come. This blog was created to give a brief glimpse of an amazing woman. She was born as Adela bazigaga on Christmas eve in 1937 in Cyangugu, Rwanda; and passed away on International women's day 2020 as Adela Bazigaga Bayingana (known as Mama to all), a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother; and a blessing to hundreds of people in her life. She is survived by her husband Bayingana Ntango, 13 children, 37 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren
The purpose of this blog is to celebrate her life, and to learn how to emulate the legacies that she left behind. "People will not always remember what you gave them, but will always remember how you made them feel" Mama's actions went beyond material provision. She deeply touched hearts and changed lives buy making sure everyone in her life were taken care of spiritually, physically, and emotionally. She loved deeply, forgave easily, and shared her joy with so much ease.
This blog is dedicated to her life, to not only celebrate her, but also commemorate her, and encourage people to emulate her love and her gifts.
Blogs will be posted on a weekly basis by her children, please feel free to subscribe to keep up with the blogs. Find it here: https://legaciesofmama.wixsite.com/mysite/blog
